Iron Scalpel | Custom Heavy Metal Band Coin

When a band’s identity moves from the stage into metal.

This custom coin was created for Iron Scalpel, featuring a dark, aggressive aesthetic fully aligned with the visual language of heavy metal.

One side features the band’s logo together with a detailed composition of skulls, surgical instruments, lightning effects and raised metallic elements, accompanied by the names of the band members and the date 12-3-2026.

The reverse develops the concept even further with a dark central character surrounded by the phrase:

“THE HAND THAT CUTS IS THE HAND THAT HEALS.”

The combination of an antique silver finish, high-definition 3D relief, dark textured backgrounds and electric blue details creates a visually striking piece designed both as band memorabilia and as a collectible.

Features: fully customized double-sided design · High-definition 3D relief · Antique silver finish · Blue enamel details · Textured backgrounds · Raised lettering and symbols · High-complexity artistic design.

Iron Scalpel — an identity made of metal, literally.
