Production, Shipping, and Return Terms

1. Final Design Approval:

Before starting physical production or mold making, Acrux Global will send the Client a "Final Artwork" or "Digital Render." The Client's approval of this document (via email or messaging platform) is binding. Once approved, no changes to the design, text, colors, or technical specifications will be accepted without incurring additional tooling costs.

2. Production and Delivery Times:

The manufacturing times provided in the quotes are estimates and begin counting from the date of final design approval and payment of the corresponding deposit. Acrux Global is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, customs issues (in the case of international production), or delays by external shipping companies.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with current regulations regarding products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, the Customer will not have the right of withdrawal or return once production has begun. As these are items with unique and institutional designs, they cannot be resold to third parties; therefore, the purchase commitment is irrevocable after design approval.

4. Shipping and Transport Risk:

Products are shipped through external logistics providers. Acrux Global's responsibility ends upon delivery of the package to the transport company. The Customer is advised to check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt and immediately notify both the carrier and us of any damage or discrepancies.
